  I love this place! I am so thankful that I found such a wonderful group! These reviews do not disappoint. There is zero intimidation, it is just a great group who want to better themselves while supporting each other. The distinguishing characteristic of this Cross Fit gym versus others is Gina. She has created an environment that is fun, friendly and challenging without the intimidation that you can experience at other CF gyms. She pays attention to your capabilities and challenges you to better yourself.
